With Logical Office data captured from forms on your web site can be imported into Logical Office automatically.

We use a simple and effective method to do this.  Once your web form is completed and submitted an email is sent to your nominated Outlook inbox. The email has  a text file attachment containing all the data fields.

Logical Office picks up the incoming email and processes according to your requirements.  This includes adding new clients, updating changed information, assigning Workflows and creating user actions. Auto-responder emails or letters can be sent automatically.
